Colne (H) 01/06


After the great win against Church I was expecting another top performance but got just the opposite. We never really got going batting first and runs were hard to come by. Only Finlay made a significant contribution in a good partnership with George Hopkinson but that was it.


When we balled wickets were very few, combined with plenty of wides. One of those mornings I guess and we we comfortably beaten. Bacup 235 and Colne 275.

Man of the Match Finley Willetts good all round with bat and ball, in the field with some good keeping.
