Cancellation Policy

All booking fees now include a minimum £100 refundable deposit, repayable within 10 working days of the function providing the room is left reasonably tidy after your function. For afternoon or evening bookings the system is set up for 2 start times only - 1pm or 7pm, this is for booking purposes only. Should you require a change to these times please let us know. The club can provide catering for your event, there are menus on our website at https://www.bacupcc.com/menu or contact our caterers on 07773343116 or 07948205032 for more information. You can provide your own catering should you wish to do so, use of the club's kitchen is not allowed. The room booking will only be completed once you have received your email confirmation from us. Please be aware if you need to cancel your booking then you may not receive a refund. 4 months + full 100% refund 2-4 months receive 50% refund Less than 2 months no refund given
