4th February 2009:
Kick boxing started for the senior players last night and was a
great success. Taking place at Alf's Black Belt Academy, Toll Bar Business Park,
Stacksteads. Each session is to take place on Tuesday evening starting at 8pm
and ending at 9:30pm. All senior players are invited to attend.
What we hope to gain from taking Kick Boxing classes is an increase in core body
strength and an all round improvement in flexibility. However balance,
concentration and above all an ability to improve personal focus and maintain
self discipline are the main benefits we hope to achieve.
Please contact Killers, Timmy or Gally for further information. (Amusing
pictures and video coming soon!)
