Profile:
Joe has made his way through the junior teams at Bacup, taking wickets and scoring runs at every level. This led to a first team debut this season (2008), at the age of sixteen. At the moment he seems to have acquired the very handy knack of dismissing opposing professionals early and cheaply. An aggressive cricketer who likes to take wickets and hit the ball hard and far, Joe has represented Lancashire at under 14, 15 and 16 level and taken part in trials for selection for the North of England.
